The Process
Mood Board & Sketching
In this project I needed to create a drink brand and I chose to do a monster themed coffee. I made moodboards, picked the direction I liked best and did some sketches. I was originally designing for a small glass bottle, so my sketches were for a long and short label.
Digital Drafts & Revisions
Of my sketches, I gravitated towards eye and hand designs, and ended up choosing the hands because I really like the imagery of all the monsters trying to reach for the coffee. I ended up switching from a glass bottle to a metal can later on.
